Off-Season Sirens still find time for football

No matter what day of the year it is, the Sacramento Sirens and previous players find time to play football.  Not all of the players have to be Sirens, but the mood on the field is very competitive.  I got the opportunity to watch two of the best teams of this Flag Football season play against each other.  The undefeated “Dogg Pound” against the women of the “Wicked-N-Wild” who had only lost one game this year, and that was against the “Pound”.  This would be game two against each other and the “Dogg Pound” proved to be the superior team winning 8 -0 keeping them undefeated in this back and forth battle.  Three games remain before the season ends and all games start at 10 a.m. at Woody Hampton Park, located on Florin Mall Road, Sacramento.

Come see Speed Racers; Club 21; Dogg Pound; Armed-N-Hammered and Wicked-N-Wild for the playoffs on December 9, December 16 and final game Championship January 6, 2007.
